Pre-wedding workout, Pippa? Miss Middleton heads to the gym with just four weeks to go before her big day

In just over three weeks time we will see Pippa Middleton make her way down the aisle at her wedding to financier James Matthews.

And like any bride-to-be Pippa, 33, is hoping to look her best by packing in as much pre-wedding exercise as possible.

The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted showing off her shapely legs in her workout gear during a trip to the gym on Thursday.

Hoping to power up, Pippa enjoyed a post workout snack as she was seen snacking on an apple this afternoon.

Despite her strenuous afternoon the bride-to-be barely seemed to have worked up a sweat, appearing fresh faced with barely a hair out of place, which she styled into a french plait.

Baggy t-shirts and jogging bottoms are clearly not Miss Middleton's forte choosing instead to flaunt her enviable figure in a pair of £35 Nike running shorts.

She kept out the April chill in a PeakPerformance grey marl hoodie, estimated to cost around £105.

Miss Middleton is set to wed financier James Matthews in Berkshire next month at St Mark's Church in Englefield, Berkshire, on May 20 with a star-studded guest list that's set to include several members of the royal family.

Prince Harry, Prince George and Princess Charlotte would be in attendance - with the young royals taking on the roles of page boy and bridesmaid.

Rumours have been swirling around the designer picked to create Pippa's bridal gown - with Giles Deacon the clear favourite.

Meanwhile, milliner Stephen Jones was recently spotted leaving the couple's home alongside mother of the bride Carole Middleton.

The socialite's millionaire banker fiancé popped the question last summer with a dazzling diamond ring worth an estimated £200,000.

James reportedly asked Pippa's father for permission for his daughter's hand before getting down on one knee.

'James is a traditionalist and very much wanted to do things properly. That meant getting his future father in law's consent,' a friend of the couple told the Daily Mail's Richard Kay.

Now, the big day is just weeks away after the bridal party including Pippa's sister the Duchess of Cambridge jetted out to Méribel for a skiing hen party.

Pippa was already living in the house, where James has reportedly installed his-and-hers dressing rooms, at the time of their engagement in July last year.

Her father, Michael, who is believed to be hosting the wedding reception at his Bucklebury home, said in a statement at the time: 'Carole and I are absolutely thrilled with the news. They make a wonderful couple and we wish them every happiness together.'
